RiseBand products are personal vibration alarm devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or geographic restrictions. Acceptance occurs only when we dispatch your order.

Payment

By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise us to charge it.

Security

Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant processors. We do not store complete credit card information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution

Before legal action, contact us at support@getriseband.com to resolve disputes informally. We'll respond within 30 days.

Jurisdiction

UK customers: Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Other customers: Disputes may be resolved in your country as required by local consumer laws.

Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved individually, without class actions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting support@getriseband.com

15. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, pandemic, government actions, or carrier delays.

17. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
